Fernleaf Blooms collects booking details you submit through forms on fernleaf.lat: name, email, preferred date, and the floral brief in your message.

We use that information to plan stem purchases, schedule conditioning, and reply about pick-up windows. We do not sell client lists.

Photos of finished bunches may be shown on the site when you agree in writing; faces are avoided unless you request otherwise.

Client materials such as fabric swatches or mood images are stored only as long as the order is active, then deleted or returned.

To ask for a copy or deletion of your booking record, email [email protected] with the approximate order date.

Hosting and email providers process data under their own agreements; we keep access limited to people fulfilling floral orders.
