Terms

Custom bunches are reserved when we confirm stems and a ready window by email. A deposit may be requested for ceremony-scale work.

Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the agreed ready time for a full deposit return. Later cancellations may retain stem costs already purchased.

Fresh flowers vary by season. If a named stem fails at market, we propose a substitute with similar structure before proceeding.

You are responsible for water care after handoff. Advice in the care line is guidance, not a guarantee of vase life in warm rooms.

Liability for delivery damage applies only when we arrange the courier and packing ourselves.
